De biogasinstallatie is gebaseerd op een zelfbouw uitvoering met 3 kunststof vloeistofvaten, zoals kan worden gezien op de afbeelding hier naast.<\/p>\n<p>In het hoofdvat bevindt zich het substraat van mest en etensresten, hierin vind de anaerobe vergisting plaats waardoor er o.a. methaangas ontstaat. De andere 2 vaten vormen de opslag tank voor het gas. Hierbij drijft het ene vat in het andere gevuld met water, waardoor het volume gas kan vari\u00ebren zonder een significante druk verandering en zonder dat het gas kan ontsnappen.<\/p>\n<p>Het opslagvat bevat tot 120 liter biogas. Op dit moment ligt de productie op 150 +-50 liter\/week. Dit weten we omdat er een Arduino met wifi op de biovergister is geplaatst die de temperatuur van het substraat en de hoogte van het opslag vat naar de server stuurt.
